Identification Requirements

Following your application, we make various electronic checks regarding your application. This is not a Credit Check! We do this to identify you and where you live. Sometimes we are unable to verify your details automatically and may require further information from yourself. If we do, we'll contact you by Email, SMS and phone to confirm your identity.

If you have been asked to send us documents, you will need to send us two (2) items from list A or one (1) item from list A and one (1) original item from list B.

List A

  • Valid UK Passport (Original or Photocopy)
  • Valid International Passport (Original or Photocopy)
  • Valid UK Driving Licence- Photocard and counterpart (Original or Photocopy)

List B

  • Utility bill dated within the last 90 days (Original only)
  • Bank Statement dated within the last 90 days (Original only)
  • DWP Correspondence dated within the last 90 days (Original only)
  • HM Revenue & Customs Tax Coding Notice dated within the last 90 days (Original only)
  • Jobcentre plus letter dated within the last 90 days (Original only)
  • Current Firearm Certificate dated within the last 12 months (Original only)
  • Council Tax Letter dated within the last 90 days (Original only)
  • Mortgage Statement dated within the last 90 days (Original only)
